PENGARUH DUKUNGAN MANAJEMEN DAN PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP KEPATUHAN TENAGA KESEHATAN DALAM MELAKSANAKAN SOP APD DENGAN LAMA BEKERJA SEBAGAI PEMODERASI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of management support and knowledge on the compliance of health personnel in the implementation of SOP APD with work experience as a moderator. This research was conducted in dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten Hospital, with the total population of all health workers and the number of samples of 120 health workers. Hypothesis testing using linear regression and moderation test. All test analysis using SPSS version 17. The results showed that hypothesis I and hypothesis II were supported except that the hypothesis IIIa was not supported because the work experience had no significant effect between the relationship of management support and the compliance of SOP APD and the hypothesis IIIb showed a significant negative effect on the role of long moderation of work in the relationship of management support and knowledge on the compliance of the implementation SOP APD.
