HUBUNGAN ALOKASI WAKTU KERJA WANITA, PENDAPATAN, DAN TOTAL PENDAPATAN RUMAH TANGGA

Abstract


Basically, the source of income can be generated by husband and wife. Women’s involvement in generating an income more likely caused by the existence of the job vacancy and based on the economical background. Most women productively works at 08.00 am to 07.00 pm. The high amount of time’s allocation of working for woman can be related to their income. Based on the problem above, this analysis is conducted to analyze the correlation between women’s time allocation of working, income on onion post-harvest, and total income of their household. This analysis was conducted on February 2018 to March 2018 against 45 respondents used path method analysis. The results showed that there was a correlation between the allocation of female work time and the income received from onion post-harvest activities (ρ <α (0,05)). Furthermore, to know the relationship between the variables, it is known through the coefficient of the female work time allocation path of 0.321 (significant) and female labor income line coefficient of -0.083 (not significant). This indicates that only the allocation of female labor time is having an advantages to total income of the household.
