Abstract


This study aims to analyze the farming of oyster mushroom farmers in Gondangmanis Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency. The study began in March 2018 until August 2018. The research was carried out with a survey method, with observation, interview techniques, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The location of Gondangmanis village was chosen where there were farmers who cultivated oyster mushrooms and at the same time made baglog themselves. While the sampling of farmers was conducted by census as many as 4 respondents, then analyzed descriptively based on the analysis of oyster mushroom farming, by calculating the amount of costs, revenues, income, and R / C ratio. The data collected is classified, tabulated, analyzed, and interpreted. From the results of the study obtained the average total cost of Rp. 8,560,000.00 includes the average fixed cost of Rp. 1,960,000.00 and the average variable cost of Rp. 6,600,000.00. The average production is 1,500 kg with an average price of Rp 12,000.00 per kg of fresh oyster mushrooms, so that the average total revenue is Rp 18,000,000.00. The average income obtained by farmers is Rp. 9,440,000.00 per planting season (4 months), while the R / C ratio is 2.1. This means that oyster mushroom cultivation is profitable and efficient.
